  • 2 large cooked and shredded Chicken Breasts
  • 2 medium Zucchinis - sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup softened Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning - optional
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Beef Tallow

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Dish: Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with beef tallow.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced zucchini, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the chicken and zucchini mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Add Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve: Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your cheesy chicken and zucchini casserole!
