Sceletium is one of the best herbs to use for mental and emotional wellness. It is considered a nootropic herb and comes from a South African native plant. Sceletium is also used to manage anxiety and depression and enhance moods, improve cognitive support, and boost memory. Sceletium is a natural selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) and is also an inhibiting phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4).

Ingredients:

Sceletium powder (Sceletium Tortuosum) and Psyllium Husk powder (Plantago Ovata). Each capsule contains approximately 500mg of active ingredient powder.

Free from Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Flavours, Sweeteners, Preservatives, Colours, Flow Agents, Bulking Agents, Binders, Stabilizers, and Additives. All attempts have been made to ensure herbs and spices are free of pesticides, irradiation preservatives, gluten, and lactose.

"So far so good. I have stopped smoking. The drowsiness they warned against went away after 4 days. But remember to take it after or between a meal and drink a full glass of water alongside it. Does assist with anxiety and depression. Now random smiles pop up every now and again :-)"
