If you're a garlic fan, you'll love this easy-to-make Aioli. It is beautifully simplistic and as an added bonus, healthy!


This recipe should take 10 minutes to make as it is an easy-difficulty recipe.



Ingredients you'll need to make your Aioli:

  • ½ cup home-made mayonnaise.
  • 2 minced garlic cloves. If you love garlic, you can add more.
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, fresh is better.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


Directions for making your Mayonnaise:

  1. In a bowl, mix the mayo, garlic, and lemon juice until they are well combined.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. You can either serve this right away or put it in the fridge for later use.


How to use Aioli:

Aioli can be used as a dip for snacks, such as homemade sweet potato fries, carrots, celery sticks, eggs, etc. It can also be used as a spread on Keto-bread and to level up your low-carb burgers. Add some BBQ Sauce and add some spice to your braai meats.

Aioli can be used as a dressing for your favorite salad. Use it as a sauce for your veggies, meats, and even your seafood dishes!
