Directions of Use of our Beef Liver Supplement:

5-6 capsules daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Each capsule contains approximately 600mg of Desiccated Beef Liver powder.

Warnings / Precautions:

Most customers tolerate our Beef Liver without any reaction; however, some customers, usually those with an autoimmune condition may experience a detoxification reaction. There are many different symptoms that detoxification can present itself as. The most common symptoms are nausea, headache, lethargy, dizziness, and other flu-like symptoms. If you know you are sensitive to supplements or have an auto-immune condition, we recommend starting off with a smaller dose and not jump in with the full 5-6 capsules recommended dosage. Tolerability can improve by starting with a smaller dosage and increasing it every few days. This method should take two o three weeks to achieve the desired serving size recommended.
